Brothers Remo and Paul Ambrosini began their restaurant journey with their parents in 1984 in their city restaurant called Asio’s before calling Norwood home. They are joined by Remo’s son Matthew who presides in the kitchen with his flair and presentation of our classic dishes as well as some his newer creations.

After a well deserved sabbatical break, much of which was spent in Turkyie exploring food, they are back in the beautiful Barton building with a refreshed menu and some great ideas for the future of Ottoman.
Sherif has designed a five course degustation menu with matched wines for us to enjoy in a lovely private dining room. He will also join us for a chat and a question and answer session. This promises to be a very memorable evening
It's time to completely reimagine Mexican Cuisine at Sonora with Chef Roy McVeigh, whose CV includes no less than Bathers Pavilion, Berowra Waters Inn, and Bennelong. Roy has arranged an innovative five course menu with beverages matched by our wine specialist and member Graeme Newey from Vinagy. I have tasted the menu with Graeme, and in my opinion it is very impressive, and has exactly hit the brief. This promises to be a lively event, where we shift the boundaries, and explore new texture and flavour profiles showcasing Australian Produce. I am also very happy to announce a member of our Thailand Bailliage will be joining us for the dinner!
